Please note that as from 1 March 2016, NBCRFLI patients no longer have dental cover. Due to this change, RivLink will no longer purchase any NBCRFLI dental claims.
Please also note that there has been a lot of confusion surrounding the KeyCare and Remedi patients. Please mark all Remedi Standard patients CLEARLY, as they fall under the KeyCare administration.
RivLink has also decided that no resubmissions or changes in patient details can be done telephonically in future. Please send us an e-mail or add the new information to your claims sheets.
